These prices do not include :
Tourist tax €0.7 per person per night (free for children under 13)
Cleaning at the end of your stay
A deposit of €45 which will be returned to you when you leave, once you have paid the extra costs mentioned above and after an inventory of the state of the flat.
General Conditions:
The flats are available from 4 p.m. onwards
On the day of departure you must leave the flat by 11 a.m.
Down payment: 30% of the total cost when making the booking
The remainder of the sum must be paid on arrival
If you will be arriving late (after 7 p.m.) you must contact reception beforehand to ensure that someone will be available to welcome you.
